About the Role
As an HR Coordinator at Robert Half, you'll play a vital role in our Human Resources department, managing core functions that keep our organization running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Design and execute employee onboarding and orientation programs that set new hires up for success
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and personnel files in compliance with regulations
- Assist with recruitment coordination and job candidate processing from posting through hire
- Support benefits administration and employee enrollment processes
- Help monitor adherence to employment regulations and HR policies
- Handle general HR administration and coordinate special projects as assigned
- Serve as a welcoming resource for employee questions and HR support requests
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or similar HR operations role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail managing employee records and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and supporting colleagues across departments
- Knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practices is a plus
