What You'll Do

  • Design and execute employee onboarding and orientation programs that set new hires up for success
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and personnel files in compliance with regulations
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and job candidate processing from posting through hire
  • Support benefits administration and employee enrollment processes
  • Help monitor adherence to employment regulations and HR policies
  • Handle general HR administration and coordinate special projects as assigned
  • Serve as a welcoming resource for employee questions and HR support requests

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or similar HR operations role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail managing employee records and compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving and supporting colleagues across departments
  • Knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practices is a plus
