About the Role
As Human Resource Manager at the Hon Hai USA HQ, you will lead the full spectrum of HR functions supporting Foxconn's Milwaukee-based teams. The position blends strategic workforce planning with hands-on people management, ensuring that talent practices keep pace with a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day human resources operations across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations at the Hon Hai USA headquarters.
- Partner with department leaders to align staffing strategy with business and operational goals.
- Administer HR policies, ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and maintain accurate workforce records.
- Support performance management, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management, ideally within a manufacturing, technology, or large multinational setting.
- Strong working knowledge of US employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County.
