Raka is seeking a full-time HubSpot Specialist to join our strategy and content team in Portsmouth, Rockingham County. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind HubSpot implementations, platform administration, and client onboarding—transforming how our customers leverage HubSpot to achieve their business goals.
About the Role
As our HubSpot Specialist, you'll work closely with Raka's director of strategy and content to deliver comprehensive HubSpot solutions for our clients. You'll own the full lifecycle of HubSpot project execution—from initial configuration through ongoing optimization—ensuring each client gets maximum value from their platform investment.
What You'll Do
- Execute HubSpot implementations, including platform setup, workflow creation, and data structure design
- Manage day-to-day HubSpot administration and system maintenance for client portals
- Develop and deliver client onboarding programs, training sessions, and documentation
- Configure integrations between HubSpot and client technology stacks
- Monitor platform performance, optimize workflows, and identify process improvements
- Collaborate with the strategy and content team to align HubSpot configuration with business objectives
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing client support
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with HubSpot implementation, administration, or consulting
- Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting, and portal management
- Demonstrated ability to train users and create clear documentation
- Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party applications
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment
