The Opportunity

Happiest Resume is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner (Remote Associate – Happiest Resume) to join our team in New Delhi. This role will partner closely with business leaders to identify manpower requirements and implement effective hiring strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end blue-collar recruitment, handling payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee grievance resolution.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Remote Associate – Happiest Resume or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and blue-collar workforce management.
• Proven track record in managing payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, and grievance resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business leaders and employees.
