The role involves executing HR processes, ensuring clean and compliant data, and building scalable ways of working as the company grows globally. 80% of the time will be focused on HR Operations, with 20% dedicated to Workplace Support responsibilities in the Amsterdam office.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
- Solid understanding of core HR processes
- Familiarity with Dutch employment practices
- Strong systems and data orientation
- High attention to detail and strong organization
