As an HR Business Partner at Rust-Oleum Corporation, you'll be the bridge between our business units and the Human Resources function. In this full-time position based in Burlington, Skagit County, you'll help shape the employee experience, support recruitment efforts, and ensure our team thrives.
What You'll Do
- Support daily Human Resources operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist with talent acquisition and candidate sourcing activities
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and hiring processes
- Contribute to employee relations and workplace compliance
- Help coordinate training and professional development programs
- Support performance management and organizational development
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Experience in human resources or a related business function
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
