• Salary Range: APPLICANT_PAY 22,500-29,700

The Opportunity

This role offers a comprehensive opportunity to manage HR administrative functions and support recruitment processes within our reputable firm. As an HR / Admin Executive, you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with HR Policies, Audit requirements, and legal obligations
• Coordinate work pass application, cancellation, and renewal processes with HQ
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process from sourcing to onboarding
• Support onboarding & off-boarding of staff, including orientation, contract issuance, uniform distribution, locker allocation, and name tag provision

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administrative functions or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Aptitude for handling confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and systems a plus
