About the Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at San Diego Mission Bay Resort, you are central to the guest experience. Across our expansive 357-room property — complete with multiple dining venues, a newly renovated pool, a dedicated kids' pool, fire pits, and sweeping Bay views — your attention to detail keeps every room shining and ready to impress. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position based in Pacific Beach.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, refresh, and reset guest rooms to the resort's high standards of presentation and comfort
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, and restock guest amenities and supplies
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, and ensure every surface is spotless
• Report maintenance needs, missing items, or safety concerns to the appropriate team
• Respond courteously to guest requests and deliver warm, attentive service throughout your shift
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely while following established procedures

Qualifications

• A strong eye for detail and pride in producing consistently clean, polished results
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced resort setting
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
• A friendly, guest-first attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of the housekeeping team
• Availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as the resort requires
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is helpful but not required — we welcome eager learners
