Conduct walkthroughs and quality checks during active renovations, document punch items, and drive issues to closure before closeout. Track project status, surfacing delays or cost risks early and adjusting plans with stakeholders to protect outcomes for the Central Renovations Team. Maintain accurate project records, including photos, change notes, schedules, and handoff materials for downstream teams.
