About the Role

As a Home Sales Consultant with The Cavco Family of Companies, you'll serve as the bridge between families seeking affordable housing and the opportunities we provide. Our mission is to deliver stability and opportunity through accessible homeownership—and you'll play a central role in making that happen for customers throughout the Travis Heights community.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective customers to understand their housing needs, preferences, and financial situations
• Present The Cavco Family of Companies' range of affordable housing products, features, and customization options
• Guide customers through the selection and purchasing process with professionalism and clarity
• Build lasting relationships by providing honest, knowledgeable guidance about homes that fit their budgets and lifestyles
• Track customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Stay current on available properties, financing programs, and company offerings
