Talent Groups is hiring a Healthcare Analyst for Payer Systems in Woodland. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with enterprise healthcare platforms and support complex payer operations spanning eligibility, claims processing, billing, and member services.
About the Role
You'll serve as a technical systems analyst supporting Talent Groups' healthcare payer platform operations. This role bridges clinical understanding and technical execution, requiring hands-on knowledge of how health insurance systems process member data, verify coverage, manage provider relationships, and resolve claims disputes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and optimize workflows across eligibility and enrollment systems, ensuring accurate member onboarding and coverage validation
- Support provider contract management and pricing logic, maintaining accurate fee schedules and reimbursement rules
- Monitor and troubleshoot claims adjudication processes, identifying and resolving system bottlenecks
- Partner on billing system enhancements, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue cycle integrity
- Contribute to appeals and grievances workflows, supporting member and provider dispute resolution
- Work with Facets platform architecture, data models, and integration points from a developer perspective
- Develop and maintain technical SQL queries and backend logic to support platform operations
What We're Looking For
- Solid understanding of healthcare insurance operations—eligibility, claims, billing, and member services processes
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and system troubleshooting
- Experience with.NET and full-stack development preferred
- Hands-on familiarity with Facets platform architecture, data structures, and workflows
- Knowledge of Java and React platforms as they apply to healthcare systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy in regulated healthcare environments
