Join the University of Maryland Eastern Shore as our new Head Women's Flag Football Coach. Experience coaching women's flag football at the collegiate level is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for athletic programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with athletes, parents, and university officials. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics.
