Responsibilities Oversee the People team including two recruiters and an office manager through regular check-ins, performance feedback, and skill development Plan and execute a recruiting roadmap aligned with business growth, managing approximately 50 hires annually across technical, leadership, and operational roles Develop recruitment methodologies, train hiring managers to interview effectively, and coordinate with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners Design and maintain onboarding, job shadowing, and offboarding experiences Partner with team leads on quarterly performance cycles, competency assessments, career development, and performance management conversations Navigate complex people situations including team conflicts, performance issues, and difficult separations Advise the executive team on hiring strategy, compensation design, organizational structure, and leadership succession Manage all HR operations including contractor agreements, employment contracts, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance reporting Create and evolve all people policies covering leave, work equipment, remote work guidelines, recruitment standards, incentive programs, and offboarding Maintain vendor partnerships including healthcare providers, legal counsel, payroll services, and training organizations Track and analyze recruitment metrics, retention data, and headcount efficiency to inform leadership recommendations Champion people initiatives including wellness programs, mentoring frameworks, feedback systems, and organizational development projects Ensure compliance with labor regulations, handle security audits like ISO 27001 certification, and manage system access across platforms Incorporate AI…
