You'll own pipeline creation from all sources, sales productivity and deal velocity, revenue forecasting accuracy, and the expansion bookings that follow initial customer acquisition. Success is measured by consistent progress toward bookings targets, efficiency of the complete revenue cycle, and a team culture that embodies the recognition and inclusion values Bonusly itself delivers to its customers. Your Responsibilities Direct all revenue streams including new customer acquisition through sales, inbound channels, and product-led growth initiatives Design and execute demand generation campaigns, events, strategic partnerships, and product trial optimization to build consistent pipeline supply Lead sales execution by setting productivity standards, optimizing sales cycle length, improving deal velocity, and strengthening win rates Oversee revenue operations and forecasting infrastructure to ensure pipeline transparency, deal accuracy, and functional alignment Own product positioning and market messaging strategy across advertising, customer presentations, proposals, and competitive positioning Identify, test, and scale product-led growth pathways that drive measurable revenue impact Implement AI-driven intelligence and automation throughout the revenue organization to enhance outbound personalization, competitive analysis, and deal execution What We're Looking For Demonstrated success leading complete revenue funnels at B2B SaaS companies ranging from Series B through growth stage, with clear pattern recognition on what scales Direct experience managing demand generation and sales as interconnected disciplines rather than isolated functions Track record building and scaling product-led growth motions that generate meaningful revenue contribution Leadership characterized by accountability, directness, constructive feedback orientation, and ability to perform under pressure Genuine commitment to building and sustaining a high-performing GTM organization where team members feel valued and empowered Customer-first orientation with authentic motivation…
