Foster a team culture that reflects the school's mission of Christ-centered education. Model the personal and professional standards the school works to instill in its students. Qualifications A strong, practicing Christian whose conduct exemplifies the values taught at Covenant Christian. Demonstrated leadership and the ability to motivate and develop young athletes. Knowledge of track & field coaching, training, and competition. A heart for mentoring teens toward lives of scholarship, leadership, and service. Availability for a full-time, in-person role based in Speedway, Marion County.
