Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Responsibilities Analyze the full customer acquisition funnel to identify conversion barriers and implement targeted improvements across awareness, acquisition, activation, and revenue stages Design and manage A/B and multivariate testing programs across landing pages, email sequences, and paid channels to drive measurable performance gains Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to streamline visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity pathways using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and related platforms Ensure all marketing initiatives, experiments, and assets align with global brand voice, corporate identity, and visual standards Translate complex technology capabilities into clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with enterprise audiences Work with Design and Creative teams to develop high-performing marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions Track, analyze, and report on key commercial metrics including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, organic traffic, and influenced pipeline Convert behavioral insights from Google Analytics 4, heatmapping tools, and CRM dashboards into strategic recommendations for leadership Continuously optimize paid and organic channel spending to maximize return on investment and reduce funnel leakage Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field 4–7 years of performance, growth, or digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, IT services, or enterprise solutions environments Proven track record developing integrated regional marketing strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns Demonstrated success working across global, matrixed teams, sales organizations, and agency partners Hands-on…
