Garner Health, a healthcare transformation company based in New York City, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Growth Hacker) to drive customer acquisition and expansion. This is a full-time, in-person role in Manhattan.
About the Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the go-to-market strategy for Garner Health's employer partnerships and product expansion. You'll combine data-driven marketing tactics with creative experimentation to accelerate user growth, build brand awareness in the healthcare and benefits space, and drive measurable business results.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute growth campaigns across digital channels (paid search, social, email, content) to acquire new employer and employee users
- Analyze market trends and user behavior to identify high-impact growth opportunities and test new channels
- Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with company milestones and revenue targets
- Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels, tracking KPIs and iterating based on performance data
- Develop content and messaging that resonates with HR leaders and benefits managers in the employer healthcare space
- Conduct competitive research and identify partnership opportunities to expand market reach
- Report on campaign performance and deliver recommendations for scaling high-performing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with marketing analytics platforms and SQL or equivalent data analysis
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing for ROI
- Track record of running experiments and testing new channels to drive growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with benefits, healthcare, or employer services is a plus
