What You'll Do Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for a new AI-powered consumer product targeting US users Identify, test, and rapidly iterate on user acquisition channels — including paid media, content, referral loops, and organic growth Design and run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and turnaround timelines Own the user funnel from awareness through activation, identifying friction points and driving conversion improvements Scale growth channels that prove out, and build repeatable playbooks around them Track and report on core growth KPIs, translating data into clear decisions and next steps Coordinate cross-functionally across product, design, and engineering to align launch milestones and growth priorities What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience launching and growing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment Hands-on command of growth levers: paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle messaging, virality mechanisms, and partnership channels Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting data to make rapid decisions without waiting for perfect information Genuine understanding of the US consumer market, including how everyday Americans discover, evaluate, and adopt new technology Familiarity with AI-powered products or consumer tech categories is a strong plus Bias toward action: you build, test, and ship — then refine based on evidence Ability to manage multiple workstreams and thrive in ambiguity About Digital Digital is a San Francisco-based company developing AI-powered products designed for the consumer market.
