EnthuZiastic is hiring a Growth Hacker for a remote, full-time role based in Racine, Racine County. We're looking for a strategist to drive user acquisition and accelerate our community-building mission.
About the Role
As our Growth Hacker, you'll own the strategies and experiments that bring new members into our community and help them discover the value of connecting with others. This is a hands-on position where you'll combine data-driven testing with creative thinking to identify what works and scale it.
What You'll Do
- Design and run rapid experiments across acquisition channels to identify high-impact growth levers
- Analyze user behavior and conversion metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to attract engaged community members
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement and optimize growth initiatives
- Track performance, report on key metrics, and iterate based on results
- Identify and test emerging platforms, tools, and tactics to stay ahead of growth trends
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with growth hacking, user acquisition, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data; proficiency with analytics tools
- Creative problem-solver who can think unconventionally about reaching new audiences
- Experience running A/B tests, building funnels, and optimizing conversion paths
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, or growth tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-directed and results-oriented; ability to prioritize and execute with limited resources
