Position Summary

As a Growth Director for Monks in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), you will lead business acquisition and revenue expansion efforts. This senior role involves translating client challenges into integrated digital solutions, covering media, content, data, and technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-growth opportunities within the MEA region.

What You'll Do

• Develop regional growth strategy and pipeline by identifying target sectors and building structured opportunity pipelines.
• Maintain a multi-million GBP sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnership channels, and executive relationship development.
• Own complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, coordinating cross-functional teams to create winning value propositions.
• Create integrated client solutions that bridge performance media, social/influencer marketing, martech, and customer experience.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and deal structures to ensure competitiveness while protecting delivery margins.
