What This Role Involves
The Groundskeeper at Millennia Housing Management is responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep of public areas, common areas, exteriors, vacant units, model units, floor care, and trash removal. Duties include litter pick-up, sidewalk cleaning, snow removal, maintenance, and general clean-up tasks.

- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public and common areas
- Clean exteriors, vacant units, and model units as required
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
- Remove trash and ensure proper disposal in designated areas
- Pick up litter and clean sidewalks regularly
- Clear snow from walkways and parking lots during winter months
- Maintain landscaping and horticultural needs of the property
Skills & Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment and tools
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team
