About the Role

As our Grounds Keeper, you'll be the backbone of property maintenance at North End, ensuring our community remains attractive, functional, and welcoming. This position goes beyond typical lawn care—you'll manage curb appeal, perform building exterior upkeep, and contribute to interior community maintenance, working with hands-on expertise to keep every corner of our property in top condition.

What You'll Do

• Maintain grounds and landscaping to enhance curb appeal and property aesthetics
• Perform exterior maintenance on building facades, entryways, and common areas
• Support interior upkeep and cleaning of communal spaces
• Respond to maintenance requests and seasonal property needs
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely and responsibly
• Work independently and collaboratively with the property team
