Job Purpose  

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Communications team at our Dublin HQ. Reporting director to our Head of Communication, this is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (1–2 years’ experience) to play a visible and impactful role in shaping how a global humanitarian organisation communicates its work you’ll work across a wide range of campaigns and projects, helping to bring GOAL’s mission to life through high-quality visual storytelling across digital, print and multimedia channels 
 
**GOAL offers staff flexible working with our hybrid model, we require our HQ employees to work 2 days per week from our office in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin** 

Key Areas of Responsibility:  

  • Design engaging visual content for social media, web, campaigns, reports and print materials 
  • Support the delivery and evolution of GOAL’s global brand and visual identity 
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams and countries to bring stories and impact to life 
  • Translate complex information into clear, compelling visual content 
  • Produce high-quality creative assets across multiple formats including graphics, presentations and video 
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines 
  • Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen GOAL’s communications and storytelling 

 
Skills & Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design (agency, in-house or NGO) 
  • Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Design 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop – video skills a plus) 
  • Experience designing for social media and digital platforms 
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout and visual storytelling 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams
