About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at Shore360, you will own the creation, updating, and management of packaging artwork, marketing collateral, and digital communications that bring multiple brands and business functions to life. Partnering closely with stakeholders across international teams, you will make sure every creative asset is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. Success here calls for sharp communication, comfort working across global time zones, dependable project management, and a proactive instinct for prioritising in a fast-moving setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and revise packaging die lines and print-ready artwork that meet brand, supplier, and production specifications, with tight version control across product ranges.
- Design and refresh marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogues, sales decks, event and exhibition stands, point-of-sale pieces, digital ads, and social media assets.
- Develop branded visual content for campaigns, product launches, and events while keeping branding consistent across every output.
- Handle basic video editing for social, promotional, and marketing use.
- Juggle several projects at once, coordinate with teams in Australia, Europe, and the USA, and share regular progress updates with the Brisbane-based manager and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within packaging, FMCG, food, or manufacturing.
- Hands-on skill creating packaging die lines and print-ready artwork, with strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Meticulous accuracy, excellent prioritisation, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Confident written and verbal communication and a flexible, accountable, solutions-focused mindset across cultures and time zones.
- Desirable: familiarity with packaging production and print specs, exhibition or event stand design, remote-team collaboration, and digital marketing asset creation.
