What This Role Involves

The Graduate Valuer role at Opteon Property Group is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The position involves working closely with experienced professionals in various aspects of property valuation and advisory services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of valuations, reports, and analyses for clients across a range of property types.
• Conduct market research to support valuation projects and provide insights on local real estate trends.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to assist with understanding their needs and requirements.
• Support the preparation of documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
