Key Responsibilities Provide direct, attentive nursing care to medical surgical patients across each scheduled night shift. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and respond to changing care needs in a fast-paced inpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the broader care team to support safe, coordinated patient outcomes. Document assessments and interventions accurately while practicing within the scope determined by the State Board.
