About the Role As a Graduate Nurse in our PCU, you'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), with every third weekend and every third holiday off. This overnight schedule provides continuity of care and meaningful mentorship opportunities, allowing you to develop strong clinical skills under the guidance of experienced nursing staff in our Progressive Care Unit.
