About This Position
The Global Mobility Lead will be a key player in shaping and executing mobility strategies that support our global community of developers and creators. As the Global Mobility Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless experiences for users across different regions and devices.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement global mobility strategies in alignment with Roblox’s business objectives
- Analyze user data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to cross-border access and usage
- Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure robust technical solutions are in place for global users
- Manage and optimize the performance of Roblox’s services across various geographies and network environments
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to navigate regulatory challenges related to international operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global mobility or similar roles within the technology industry
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and cloud services
- Experience with international operations, including managing teams across different time zones and cultures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
