In this full-time role, you'll oversee the management and coordination of our fleet used in comprehensive tire testing programmes, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance across all testing initiatives. About the Role As Global Fleet Manager for Tire Testing Operations, you'll be at the heart of Continental's testing infrastructure. This position is pivotal to supporting our research and development efforts by managing a dynamic fleet of vehicles dedicated to rigorous tire performance testing. You'll work across departments to ensure testing schedules are met, vehicles are optimally maintained, and all operations adhere to Continental's high safety and quality standards. Your leadership will help drive continuous improvement of our testing capabilities and contribute directly to product innovation.
