- Payroll Tax 및 국가별 노동/세무 이슈에 대해 높은 이해도를 보유하신 분
- Deel, ADP, EOR 등 글로벌 Payroll Vendor 운영 경험을 보유하신 분
- 영어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
- Hyper Growth 환경에서의 경험을 보유하신 분
- 장기적인 성장 관점에서 운영 효율성과 확장성을 함께 고려하실 수 있는 분
