Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is seeking a General Manager to lead its Hillcrest, Broward County location, overseeing the full scope of operations for the Florida market. This is a full‑time position based in Hillcrest, Broward County.
About the Role
As the General Manager, you will be the primary driver of business performance, ensuring the service center meets growth targets while maintaining the high quality standards that Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is known for.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute market‑specific business plans that align with corporate objectives and local demand.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to maximize throughput.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and safety‑first culture.
- Monitor financial performance, controlling expenses and improving profitability through data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure all repairs meet OEM specifications and company quality benchmarks, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with fleet partners, insurance providers, and retail customers to generate repeat business.
- Oversee inventory control, parts ordering, and equipment maintenance to keep the shop running smoothly.
- Report key performance indicators to regional leadership and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing automotive service or repair operations, preferably in wheel or tire reconditioning.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Solid financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and corporate stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Hillcrest site.
