About the Role

As a Furniture Assembler, you'll perform on-site assembly work across both retail locations nationwide and in customers' homes. You'll work with a diverse range of products—from Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) furniture and television wall mounts to gas grills, bicycles, sporting goods, and retail display systems. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the satisfaction of completing projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Assemble flat-pack and ready-to-assemble furniture according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements
• Install television wall mounts with proper anchoring and safety protocols
• Set up gas grills, bicycles, sporting goods, and display fixtures
• Conduct on-site assembly at retail locations and customer homes throughout the region
• Read and interpret assembly diagrams and technical instructions accurately
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations
• Communicate with customers about project timelines and assembly considerations

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with furniture assembly or similar technical assembly work
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home assembly visits
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer communication skills
• Experience with TV wall mounts, gas grills, bicycles, or sporting goods assembly is a plus
