The Role:
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who pairs deep technical skill with a product-first mindset and the ability to harness AI to move faster. You’ll build the web applications that power our products and internal tools – owning what you ship from idea to production. The engineers we want stand out in four ways:
- High Ownership – You own what you build, from first commit to production.
- Product Mindset – You think beyond the ticket about why you’re building and who it’s for.
- Self-Learner – You’re curious and ramp up fast on new tech.
- AI-Fluent – You use AI coding tools daily as a force multiplier.
What You’ll Do:
- Own features end-to-end – make product decisions, anticipate edge cases, and follow through to delivery.
- Build and maintain web applications with intuitive, performant user interfaces.
- Write well-designed, testable, maintainable code with clear documentation.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software web applications
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on React.js experience (required), experience with other frameworks (Vue, Angular, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Python and web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, etc.) is a plus.
- Solid UI/UX fundamentals — responsive, accessible, cross-browser interfaces.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and debugging.
- Experience with testing frameworks — unit testing and integration/E2E testing.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Unix/Linux.
- Practical understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in English; CS/Engineering degree or equivalent experience — finance experience not required.
