Front Of House Manager

Handcrafted Restaurants Group is hiring a full-time Front of House Manager in Koloa, Kauai to lead dining-room operations and create memorable, warm experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As the Front of House Manager, you will serve as the right hand to the General Manager at our Koloa, Kauai location, steering the daily rhythm of service so that quality and hospitality never waver. This role blends hands-on leadership with operational discipline, ensuring each shift runs smoothly while upholding the standards that define Handcrafted Restaurants Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptionally welcoming atmosphere and consistently high standards of guest service.
• Support the General Manager by overseeing and coordinating day-to-day front of house activities.
• Ensure company policies and brand standards are consistently followed across every shift.
• Supervise team members and manage operations to hit performance targets for food and beverage.
• Coach, direct, and motivate the front of house staff to maintain a friendly, guest-first culture.

• Proven ability to supervise and manage restaurant operations effectively.
• Strong leadership and team-coordination skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• A genuine commitment to outstanding guest service and friendly, attentive hospitality.
• Comfort working on-site, full-time, in Koloa, Kauai.
