What skills and experience do we expect?

• 3+ years of commercial experience in React Native development (experience with the latest versions is a plus)

• Knowledge of TypeScript and strong skills in JavaScript ES6+

• Familiarity with Xcode and Android Studio

• Experience with Expo and its ecosystem

• Experience with deployment applications on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store

• Familiarity with Git version control system

• Proficiency in React Hooks and the ability to effectively use functional components

• Experience in working with REST APIs and hands-on experience with React Query or other data-fetching libraries

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux (Toolkit), Recoil, Zustand, or MobX

• Good command of English (B2+) and Polish

• Willingness to learn and develop by implementing challenging and ambitious projects

• Experience with creating animations using Reanimated

• Experience with building forms using React Hook Form

• Proficiency in navigation management using React Navigation or Expo Router

• Experience in writing automated tests

• Understanding of WCAG standards and ability to implement accessibility guidelines in mobile apps

• Familiarity with Storybook and experience in building and managing Design Systems

• Experience with native modules (Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or Java) for extending React Native capabilities

• Knowledge and experience in working with AI
