FDE(Forward Deployed Engineer)팀은 AX(AI Transformation)의 문제를 엔지니어링으로 해결하는 팀입니다.
채널톡 엔지니어들 중에서도 고객과 가장 가까이에서 일하는 팀으로, 고객 현장에서 드러나는 복잡한 CX·운영 문제를 직접 보고, 이를 ALF 레시피, 코파일럿 등으로 스케일러블하게 풀어내는 역할을 합니다.
우리는 고객사 별로 일회성 커스텀을 하는 것이 아니라, 현장에서 검증된 솔루션을 바탕으로 제품팀이 가져갈 수 있는 프로토타입을 빠르게 만들어내는 팀입니다.
그래서 “AX 문제를 가장 먼저 발견하고, 가장 먼저 풀어보는 실험실이자 프런트라인”에 가깝습니다.
구성원들은 모두 높은 코딩 역량을 기본 전제로, 비즈니스에 대한 감각, 고객 중심 사고, 커뮤니케이션 역량을 함께 갖춘 분들입니다.
