gpac is partnering with a well-established commercial flooring contractor to find a driven Flooring Project Manager (Project Managers and Estimators are encouraged to apply) for an on-site position in Ramona, San Diego County. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial flooring projects from initial estimate through final handoff, keeping work on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for commercial flooring scopes of work.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver quality installations.
- Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep every project moving smoothly.
- Track materials, timelines, and costs while resolving issues as they arise on site.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator within the commercial flooring industry.
- Solid understanding of flooring systems, installation methods, and the estimating process.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work on-site in the Ramona, San Diego County area.
