About the Role
As a Floor Leveling Crew Leader / Superintendent based in North Branch, Dallas, you will direct the full scope of floor preparation and self-leveling underlayment work across active commercial installations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position for a hands-on professional who can manage multiple crews while holding the line on craftsmanship and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise every phase of self-leveling underlayment application and surface preparation on commercial projects.
- Direct and coordinate multiple field crews to keep installations on schedule and on spec.
- Verify that products are mixed, poured, and finished according to manufacturer guidelines and project requirements.
- Enforce rigorous quality-control standards from the first pour through final inspection.
- Boost daily output and efficiency across job sites without compromising workmanship.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training to build skilled, dependable crews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading floor leveling, underlayment, or commercial flooring crews.
- Strong working knowledge of self-leveling products and proper installation methods.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and maintain quality control under deadline pressure.
- Leadership skills for supervising, developing, and motivating field personnel.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in and around North Branch, Dallas.
