About the Role
As a Fleet Service & Parts Technician, you'll be based at our Bear Lake, Michigan facility, supporting the upkeep, servicing, and parts management of our fleet. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine service, maintenance, and inspections on fleet vehicles and equipment
- Manage parts inventory — ordering, receiving, organizing, and issuing components as needed

- Maintain accurate service and parts records
- Coordinate with team members to minimize vehicle downtime and support daily operations
Qualifications
- Practical experience with vehicle or fleet service, mechanics, or parts handling
- Working knowledge of automotive or truck components and inventory practices
- Strong attention to detail and reliable organizational habits
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Bear Lake, Manistee County, Michigan
