As a Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman with Atlantic Constructors, you will direct on-site sprinkler installation work in South Hill, Mecklenburg County, keeping each job on schedule, on budget, and fully compliant with fire-protection codes. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced tradesperson ready to take ownership of crews and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crews installing fire protection sprinkler systems
• Read and interpret shop drawings, project plans, and specifications
• Lay out, assemble, and oversee the installation of piping, fittings, and sprinkler heads
• Ensure work meets applicable fire-protection codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Manage materials, tools, and daily productivity to keep projects on track
• Mentor crew members and reinforce safe jobsite practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fire protection sprinkler installation, ideally in a lead or foreman capacity
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings and specifications
• Strong working knowledge of fire-protection and life-safety system requirements
