How you’ll demonstrate Ownership

You will take end-to-end ownership of NetSuite administration and the broader financial systems ecosystem supporting a fast-scaling global organization. This includes managing daily system operations, ensuring data integrity across multiple entities and currencies, and supporting finance teams across the US, Europe, Japan, and India.

You will act as a hands-on system operator and builder—handling user access, workflows, configurations, and escalations in NetSuite, while partnering closely with Accounting to support AP operations, close processes, intercompany workflows, reconciliations, and payment runs.

You will also own and evolve integrations across the finance tech stack, particularly Celigo-based flows between Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring reliable data movement, accurate GL mappings, and well-documented integration logic. In parallel, you will help identify and eliminate manual spreadsheet-driven processes by building scalable system-based solutions.

A key part of your ownership is governance and scale readiness: evaluating financial systems tools, supporting vendor management, maintaining documentation, and helping define a systems roadmap aligned with long-term growth and IPO readiness.

By strengthening NetSuite administration and financial data integrity, you will reduce close cycle friction and eliminate bottlenecks caused by manual processes. Your integration work will enable seamless order-to-cash and finance data flows, improving visibility and decision-making across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and IT.

Through disciplined system governance and scalable design, you will help ensure the financial systems landscape can support rapid growth, new tools, and increasing operational complexity—while laying the groundwork for long-term scalability and IPO readiness

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration experience, including multi-entity and multi-currency environments
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong understanding of AP, procure-to-pay, and month-end/year-end close processes
• Hands-on experience with financial system integrations (preferably Celigo), including data flows, GL mapping, and cross-system process design

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Zone&Co products (ZoneBilling, ZoneReconcile, ZoneCapture) or similar finance automation tools
• NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification preferred)
• Prior experience leading or significantly contributing to system implementations or large-scale finance system migrations
