Key Responsibilities Monitor, control, and maintain financial activity of all USP accounts Review and analyze expenditures to ensure proper account posting Reconcile and analyze financial statements; assist with budget preparation, quarterly forecasts, and ad hoc analyses Track and reconcile internal and external revenue Implement procedures and develop Institute SOPs Perform clerical accounting functions: process/prepare journal entries, expense reports, invoices, supplier invoice requests, compliance documents, payroll accounting adjustments, requisitions Fulfill the P2P invoice specialist role Independently complete PET USP billing and provide backup for MR USP billing Provide minimal finance and administrative support for general Institute functions as needed Who We're Looking For We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong financial management skills.
