Finance Manager – Korea

• Take ownership of the Korean entities’ financial operations
• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including payments, invoicing, billing, collections, and cash flow management
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and monthly financial reporting in compliance with Korean GAAP, working closely with external accounting service providers
• Manage month-end close activities, account reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and fixed asset accounting
• Monitor working capital, bank accounts, and fund flows to support operational requirements
• Coordinate with banks, payroll providers, auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and corporate secretarial teams
• Partner with APAC and UK teams to support cross-regional financial operations and reporting
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

What You’ll Be Doing

About You

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
• 7 years of experience in finance operations or accounting, with direct exposure to multi-entity structures
• Hands-on experience including familiarity with Korean GAAP, federal and state tax filings, and working with Korean-based advisors
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently in a lean tea
• Prior experience in Technology/Data Centre industry will be an advantage
