About the Role

We are hiring a Finance Manager to coordinate the compliance and reporting activities of the finance team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will run the rhythm of statutory filings, monthly reporting, and audit coordination across Toku’s global entity network, working through existing team members and external consultants rather than doing everything yourself.

This is a coordination-heavy role. You will own the compliance calendar, the reporting calendar, the consultant relationships, and the cadence that keeps workstreams on track. You will be the person who knows, at any given moment, what is filed, what is pending, what is at risk, and what needs to be escalated.
