About the Role

The Field Services Lead OS is an on-site operations role based in Morris, Grundy County. As lead, you will coordinate day-to-day field service activity, guide a team of technicians, and ensure that maintenance and operational tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to Constellation's high standards. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a regulated energy environment and takes pride in reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support field service crews carrying out maintenance, inspection, and operational work.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily field assignments to meet operational targets.
• Champion workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in the field and escalate as needed.
• Document work performed and report on team performance, progress, and outcomes.
• Mentor team members and help cultivate a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field services, operations, or maintenance within the energy or utilities sector.
• Demonstrated leadership or team-coordination ability.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Morris, Grundy County.
