Field Service Dispatch

Big Joe California North is hiring a Field Service Dispatch professional for our Mount Eden, Alameda County location. As the operational hub of our service department, you'll organize technician routes, coordinate customer appointments, and keep our field team running smoothly on every shift.

About the Role

This full-time position sits at the heart of our service operations, managing the daily workflow between our technicians and customers. You'll own the schedule—coordinating when service calls happen, who goes where, and making sure parts, people, and promised arrival times all align. Your role directly impacts customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and our company's reputation across the Bay Area.

What You'll Do

• Organize and coordinate daily work schedules for our field service technician team
• Assign service calls and dispatch technicians to jobs based on location, expertise, and availability
• Arrange follow-up appointments with customers when replacement parts or materials arrive
• Maintain accurate, real-time schedules and update all team members on changes and priorities
• Facilitate clear communication between department managers, field technicians, and customers
• Track job completion, parts status, and appointment confirmations
• Respond to urgent scheduling conflicts and adjust routes to keep service on track
