Roto-Rooter, a leader in water restoration and plumbing services, is now hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our water restoration team in Staten Island, New York City. In this full-time role, you'll identify and convert sales opportunities into revenue by working directly with property owners facing water damage emergencies and leveraging leads from our field technicians and customer service centers.
What You'll Do
- Pursue and qualify sales leads generated by our field service team and call center
- Meet with property owners and managers to assess water damage needs and present restoration solutions
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with our field teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities and pipeline opportunities using company systems
- Hit and exceed established sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Travel to customer locations throughout Staten Island and surrounding areas to evaluate water damage scenarios
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in outside or field sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated professional with a results-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to urgent customer situations
- Customer-first approach and commitment to service excellence
- Familiarity with water restoration, property damage, or similar service industries is a plus
