Field Operator-CDL – No Housing Provided

American Cementing is hiring a full-time CDL Field Operator in New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas County, to deliver dependable wellbore cementing services in the field. This position does not include housing.

About the Role

As a Field Operator-CDL with American Cementing, you will be on the front line of our oilfield cementing operations, operating equipment and supporting jobs that protect wellbore integrity from initial construction through remediation. This is a hands-on, full-time field position based out of New Philadelphia, Ohio. Please note that no housing is provided for this role. We hire across multiple experience levels, from Field Operator I through V, so candidates new to the trade and seasoned professionals are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cementing equipment and commercial vehicles safely on the job site and on the road.
• Support well construction, remediation, and related cementing services to help ensure long-lasting wellbore integrity.
• Assist with precise blending and handling of materials in line with job specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and operating procedures at all times during field operations.
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment before and after jobs.
• Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required for this position.
• Willingness to work full-time in a physically demanding field environment.
• Ability to travel to job sites and work variable hours as operations require.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in an oilfield setting.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to relocate or commute to the New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas County area (no housing provided).
