About the Role

As a Fatherhood Specialist with Circle of Care, you will deliver in-person, curriculum-based parenting guidance to fathers and their families. This position serves McIntosh County while operating out of our office in Tahlequah, Cherokee County, Oklahoma. As a faith-based nonprofit, we are committed to the belief that every family is worthy of encouragement and support, and you will help turn that conviction into real, on-the-ground change.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured, curriculum-driven parenting sessions for fathers in face-to-face settings
• Build trusting relationships with dads and their families to encourage active, engaged parenting
• Guide participants through program materials and track their progress toward family goals
• Connect fathers with resources that strengthen family stability and well-being
• Represent the mission of Circle of Care with compassion and integrity throughout the community

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for supporting fathers, families, and child well-being
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for one-on-one and group settings
• Comfort delivering established curriculum and parenting education content
• Willingness to provide services in person in McIntosh County, working from the Tahlequah office
• Alignment with the values of a faith-based, mission-driven nonprofit
