Role Overview

As a Facilities Technician, you'll be the hands-on backbone of our store operations, ensuring that every location in the region runs smoothly and safely. You'll perform essential maintenance and repairs across multiple Palm Beach Tan facilities, keeping our equipment and spaces in top working condition. This role offers hands-on technical work with training provided for specialized equipment, giving you the chance to develop valuable facility management skills in a growing company.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at store locations throughout the Kaysville and surrounding Davis County area
• Repair and service tanning booths and UV-free spray tan equipment under guidance and training
• Handle general maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, light ballast replacement, door hardware fixes, and similar facility issues
• Conduct equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational standards are met
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility spaces

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or general repair work preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general handyman skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment issues
• Comfort working with hands-on technical tasks and learning specialized equipment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations throughout the area
